I started in the travel industry in the early 2000s, building and running my own agency with agents nationwide. Over the years, I’ve helped plan countless trips and developed a deep understanding of what actually makes travel run smoothly—and what doesn’t.
I’ve also written several books on travel, including Travel Agent Secrets and The Ultimate Travel Planner series, focused on helping people navigate the complexities of planning.
In 2020, my business shifted toward education through my YouTube channel, where I continued to stay closely connected to the industry while helping travelers make sense of their options.
What I’ve seen again and again is this: most people don’t actually want to spend hours researching, comparing, and second-guessing every decision.
